I have an order which has been damaged in transit. The delivery company are unable to make the delivery due to the damage. The delivery company are also unable to contact Green Fingers to return the item. So I currently have no goods and after several attempts no contact back from this company. Despite the current situation with COVID-19 it is no excuse for this poor standard of customer service. Order number 1291698.

The website was easy to use; the produce arrives safely and quickly; assembly was easy; and the produce exceed our expectations. We bought a wooden garden table and eight chairs.

Order Monday arrived Friday. Only critism is no emails from greenfingers to confirm order and order dispatch. Can be checked on account details though. All in happy with purchase.

I received this product recycled rubber garden edging a few days after order and I have to say this is an excellent product, a dream to work with and easily put into position in my garden. I would highly recommend this product and company for their excellent service.J. Bridges


Their website was poorly updated and so showed stock of an item they never had access to (as confirmed by the manufacturer).Don't trust them - go to Hayes Garden World or similar trustworthy retailer.Also whilst others invested the larger profits they were making in customer service agents to help respond to customer queries at least in a reasonable time of a few days - Greenfingers took weeks and weeks to respond to a simple stock update request - that the manufacturer responded to in 5 minutes when I rang them directly.

Great service! Speedy delivery and had stock when others didn’t! Would use again for sure.

I should have read these reviews before ordering as other buyers have had the same issue.I placed and paid for an order of a pergola on the 25th May. The website stated, and still does, item in stock with delivery in 9 to 11 daysBut despite emails requesting information on when to expect delivery, as the telephone line is inactive, no communication has been received.If nothing heard soon will be trying to cancel the order and will purchase elsewhere.

I bought this garden stool as I had managed to break another I had had for years. Also my wife had bought one a year or so ago and was very pleased with it. The ordering was easy, the delivery was prompt and on schedule. The product is light, sturdy, effective and attractive & I can thoroughly recommend it.

Really poor customer service. I ordered a garden table and 6 chairs and a parasol base. The table arrived with no chairs and no notification of where they were. The table was damaged in transit. 5 chairs then turned up a couple of days later and no word on the 6th chair. The final chair then arrived a few days later. All this time I’d been contacting Greenfingers over their contact form and the only response I got was to be told my order had been completed (this was after the 5 chairs had arrived). The fact that the table was damaged had been completely ignored and after a couple of weeks there is no sign of the parasol base :-(Their phone lines are closed and so I have no idea if the order will ever be competed. My advice is to order from elsewhere.


The solar table light arrived promptly and was packaged well. It looks fine in my patio table in the day but at night the colours patterns are really lovely. Very pleased overall.

Great quality table, very reasonably priced, great communication from the company and prompt delivery. Well packaged. Easy to assemble. I would highly recommend this company and product

These are lovely looking chairs for the garden,they are well made and so comfortable,they were well packaged and delivered when promised, I was able to track this delivery and had plenty of emails to notify me when to expect them
